TERMS OF SERVICE
You are agreeing to my terms of service while commissioning me or buying adopts/designs.
✦ PAYMENT
I am accepting USD and PLN, paypal only - via invoice or paypal.me (or bank transfer if you are from Poland).
You have 24 hours to pay for your slot, I am accepting payment plans but you need to ask me.
I will not start a commission until I have received full payment.
✦ REFUNDS
I will NOT give any refunds unless I think it is necessary, so think twice before you commission me/buy adopts or designs from me.
If I can't complete your commission for various reasons, I will make the decision to refund you.
✦ ARTWORK
DO NOT COPY/TRACE/EDIT/STEAL MY ART OR CHARACTERS! Inspiration is ok, you can reference on my poses or backgrounds.
You can post my artwork only when it was made for you, but you MUST credit me by @kohisune or link to my Instagram/Twitter.
I have the right to use commissions and drawings of other people's characters for auto-promotions and examples, and publish them on my social medias. It will be state that character(s) does not belong to me.
If you do not want them to be used, ask me.
✦ ADOPTS/DESIGNS
Do not sell my adopts for higher price than you bought it until the character has more artworks.
Do not erase my signature from it.
Credit that this design was made by me (@kohisune).
You can make small changes to design. It will be nice if you ask me about big changes if you want to do that.
Do not create too similar characters, always make sure it has other markings, etc. It can have similar colors but be careful with that.
You can use my adopts as your fursona.
✦ DEADLINE AND WIPS
I do not set deadlines because I do not want to stress myself, but I complete ONE drawing/commission in around a week (if it is not complicated, like for example reference sheet)
I have queue so you will see which one are you on the list and status of your commission (not started, in progress etc.).
I can start multiple commissions at once but I will be mostly focused at one!
I will inform you when I start your art piece by sending you wip of the sketch.
I will show you wips of sketch and lineart, can do the same with color and shading. Tell me immediatelly if something needs correction.
You can tell me important tips and things like that before I start your commission just so you could get what you want.
Do not be shy, you can ask what is with your commission, but I will actualize queue status constantly.
Please remember that I am still a human!! Do not be mad if something lasts longer. I WILL finish your piece for sure.
Do not break the rules otherwise I will have to add you on my blacklist. Being on my blacklist means you can not commission me or buy other things unless I decide otherwise. Being pushy can even result in me blocking you.
